WARNING: Any penicillin-based medicine (like amoxicillin) are poisonous to pigs. Be certain that your pig is not prescribed these medicine. In case you are unsure – ask. Check the HARMFUL DRUGS checklist for different drugs to avoid. Baytril (a wonderful broad spectrum antibiotic) should not be given to baby pigs since it can interfere with growth.
This day was similar to day six. I took benefit of all the veggies I had in my fridge and pretty much ate fried rice with greens all day. I couldn’t complain, although partway through I wanted I would have had zucchini and water chestnuts to go along with the rice.
